CATS Consultancy is pleased to offer a bespoke service to Local Authorities and other educational providers with existing and potential all-through learning communities to assess the specific local challenges and identify the priorities for future development within an all-through learning community, federation, or Trust.

The establishment of Children’s Services provides a new local educational landscape within which to establish a continuum of learning. CATS Consultancy will seek to assess the current situation and propose developments to achieve the all-through vision. The details of the package will be negotiated with the client. The purpose will be to find solutions and pragmatic approaches to move the all-through setting forward.

CATS Consultancy is able to offer specific advice for all-through structures and to make presentations to local stakeholders on the potential benefits for children in an all-through setting.

CATS Consultancy is able to support Local Authorities and other organisations wishing to develop innovative all-through learning structures to;

The offer:

CATS Consultancy can provide consultants with backgrounds in education, with up-to-date experience of senior local authority working and involvement at a national level in key initiatives in the development of system leadership, all-through schooling and Headship.

CATS Consultancy aims to provide a bespoke service and currently provides both short and medium term support packages. Any agreed package would be negotiated with the client.

If required, the CATS Consultants can provide continuing support, perhaps on a termly basis or one off large scale presentations to appropriate audiences. The consultancy is non-judgemental.
